What we collect
Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Contact message builder. The tool on our contact page runs entirely in your browser. Text you type is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. It reaches us only if you choose to send it from your own email account.
Local storage. Your browser may store a small preference value, such as your cookie choice, on your own device. See our Cookie Notice.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interests to answer enquiries and keep the site secure, and on consent for any optional storage you agree to.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site or our email, under contracts that protect it, or where the law requires.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
